There are days I feel Him.
A moment of peace in the middle of chaos.
A verse that comes to mind right when I need it.
A quiet knowing that He is near.

And then… there are the other days.
The ones with forgotten lessons, overflowing laundry, dishes piling and crumbs all over the floor. A 4-year-old who is throwing a tantrum, a 2-year-old who won’t let me put her down, and in the last 6 weeks of pregnancy…
A heart that whispers, “Why does this feel so hard? Why can’t I feel Him?”
If you’ve ever felt that ache — that wondering if the Holy Spirit is still with you — let me speak this truth:
He is.
He’s not an idea. Not a mystery cloud floating around. He is God with you — your Comforter, Helper, Guide, Teacher, and Advocate.
“And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, to be with you forever…” — John 14:16
That verse that pops into your head? That gentle nudge to pray? That’s not coincidence — that’s the Spirit doing His job.
“The Holy Spirit… will remind you of everything I have said to you.” – John 14:26
That moment when you don’t snap? When you respond with grace instead of grumbling? That wasn’t just willpower. That was fruit.
“The fruit of the Spirit is… patience.” – Galatians 5:22
Even if all you can say is, “Help me, Lord,” He hears it — and fills in the gaps.
“The Spirit helps us in our weakness… He intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.” – Romans 8:26
Sanctification is slow, and often invisible — but it’s real. You are not who you used to be.
“Being transformed into His image… by the Spirit.” – 2 Corinthians 3:18
You might not feel calm. But deep down, there’s still a thread of hope holding you steady — that’s Him.
“The mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” – Romans 8:6
He comforts you in the chaos. He calms your heart during the tantrum. He reminds you of truth when mom guilt hits. He’s your internal steady voice saying, “You’re not alone.”
“The Comforter, the Holy Spirit… shall teach you all things.” – John 14:26
He strengthens you when you’re weary. Not just physical energy — soul energy. When your body is tired but you still choose gentleness? That’s Him.
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you…” – Acts 1:8
He helps you remember what’s true. That verse that comes to mind mid-meltdown? That reminder to apologize when you’d rather sulk? That’s not coincidence — that’s the Spirit.
“The Spirit… will remind you of everything I have said to you.” – John 14:26
He produces the fruit you want in your home. Love. Patience. Gentleness. Kindness. You don’t grow that fruit alone — the Holy Spirit does it in you.
“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience…” – Galatians 5:22-23
He intercedes when you can’t find words. When all you can pray is, “Help me,” He takes that and turns it into heaven’s language.
“The Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.” – Romans 8:26

Whispering “Holy Spirit, help me” before the school day starts.
Asking Him to fill your home with peace before bedtime chaos.
Praying over your children as they sleep.
Letting a worship song calm the atmosphere.
Speaking Scripture aloud, even while folding laundry.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about invitation.
The Holy Spirit isn’t waiting for you to have it all together. He’s not limited to quiet devotionals or church services. He’s right here — in the noise, the needs, the nursing chair.
And when you invite Him in, He’ll gently whisper truth, empower your parenting, and anchor your heart in peace — not because you feel Him every second, but because He’s faithful even when your feelings aren’t.
You are not alone. I feel you mama
